Sales Development Representative — LinkedIn ABM
About the role
We’re expanding our outbound sales team and looking for driven, detail-oriented SDRs who excel at LinkedIn prospecting and personalized outreach. In this role, you’ll work within an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework, executing targeted campaigns toward carefully selected accounts in the software and technology industry. You’ll collaborate closely with a Senior SDR while being expected to bring initiative, creativity, and strong written communication skills to every interaction. If you enjoy research-driven outreach, building meaningful conversations, and contributing to a high-performance sales environment, this role is for you.
Key Requirements
2–4 years of B2B sales development or outbound prospecting experience.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for prospecting — not just connecting, but actual outbound campaigns.
Exposure to ABM concepts and account-targeted sales methodologies.
Strong written English — ability to craft concise, compelling cold messages that get replies.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent) and basic pipeline hygiene practices.
Self-starter mentality with comfort working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
Nice to have
Experience prospecting into software companies or SaaS buyers specifically.
Prior use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or outreach automation tools.
Understanding of outbound email sequencing — cadence design, A/B testing subject lines.
Experience working with international (US/UK/EU) clients or markets.
Basic understanding of the technology, cybersecurity, or intelligence industry.
