Senior Sales Development Representative (ABM)
About the role
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior SDR to take ownership of building and scaling our outbound sales engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you’ll define pipeline strategy, develop and optimize ABM funnels, and establish the execution standard for the broader sales team. Your primary focus will be LinkedIn-based outbound prospecting, targeting decision-makers within software companies and technology-focused businesses. Beyond outreach, you’ll be expected to bring strategic thinking, process improvement, and leadership to the sales function while helping drive consistent pipeline growth.
Key Requirements
5+ years in B2B sales development or business development roles.
Proven experience building sales pipelines from scratch inside a software house or SaaS company.
Demonstrated LinkedIn ABM experience — running campaigns, optimizing sequences, and measuring engagement.
Strong command of outbound metrics: open rates, reply rates, meeting booked rates, pipeline velocity.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a core prospecting tool.
Ability to write compelling, personalized cold outreach that cuts through noise.
Nice to have
Experience selling to OSINT, intelligence, or government-adjacent verticals.
Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Clay, Lemlist, or HubSpot Sequences.
Background in corporate brand protection or cybersecurity sales.
Experience working with US or EU clients remotely.
Prior team lead or SDR manager experience.
