Senior UI/UX Designer
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines strong product thinking with exceptional visual design skills. In this role, you’ll lead the design of core product experiences from early-stage wireframes and user flows to polished high-fidelity prototypes and developer-ready design systems. You’ll serve as a key design voice in cross-functional discussions while collaborating closely with engineers throughout the implementation process to ensure a seamless user experience. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, visually compelling digital products and enjoy turning complex ideas into elegant designs, this role is for you.
Key Requirements
2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual quality.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD.
Strong command of user-centered design principles and interaction design patterns.
Ability to create wireframes, design systems, and high-fidelity prototypes independently.
Strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and translate designs into developer-ready handoffs.
Nice to have
Experience designing SaaS products, admin dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces.
Experience with motion design and micro-interaction animation (Lottie, After Effects, Principle).
Basic frontend understanding (HTML/CSS) to improve design-to-dev handoff quality.
Experience conducting user interviews or usability testing sessions.
Experience designing for both mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
